RailVio(“RailVio”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It covers both this marketing site (railvio.com) and our application at app.railvio.com.

This marketing site. The railvio.com marketing site collects no personal data. It has no forms, no accounts, and no login — it only links out to our application.

When you create an account. When you sign up on our application at app.railvio.com, our authentication provider, Logto, collects the email address and name you provide at signup. This information is used to create and secure your account.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service, to understand aggregate traffic to this site. Plausible sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal data — it reports only anonymized, aggregate metrics such as page views and referrers.

We use the limited information we collect to provide, secure, and improve the RailVio service — to authenticate you, operate your account, communicate with you about the service, and understand aggregate usage so we can make the product better. We do not sell your personal data.

Because our analytics is cookieless and this site sets no tracking cookies, RailVio does not use a cookie consent banner — there is no cross-site tracking to consent to. Your account session on app.railvio.com uses only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in.

We rely on a small set of trusted processors to run the service, each handling only the data it needs:

• Logto — authentication and account identity (email and name).
• Plausible Analytics — cookieless, aggregate traffic analytics.
• Our hosting provider — serves the site and application infrastructure.
