Terms of Service
Effective date: July 17, 2026
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RailVio(“RailVio”, “we”, “us”), including this site and our application at app.railvio.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
RailVio is a software team on demand: you describe what you want, and our agents plan, build, review, test, and deploy it through a real software development lifecycle. The service also includes a workspace of boards, goals, and analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. You will not use RailVio to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or build applications that do any of these things. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
Your work. You own the code and content that the service produces for you. RailVio does not claim ownership of your projects.
Our platform. The RailVio platform itself — the site, the application, our agents, and our branding — remains our property and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you no rights in the platform beyond using the service as intended.
Third-party services
The service integrates third-party providers (for example, authentication and analytics). Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RailVio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RailVio operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
